The petitioners seek bail in Pranpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioners were apprehended and from their possession two country made loaded pistols and one cartridge were recovered. Petitioners are in jail since 19.12.2014. They have already remained in jail for seven and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 125/2014.
