JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 14-02-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4399 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner along with two others was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time on account of illness. Hence a prayer has been made to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below within the aforesaid period, in that event, he will be released, on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 14-02-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4399 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37561 of 2017 (2) dt.09-08-2017 This modification application is, accordingly, allowed.

It is made clear that no further extension of time will be given to the petitioner.
