The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.292 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 342 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons blocked the road by setting fire in protest of Agni Path Scheme. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner was the member of the mob.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.292 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
