The petitioners filed this petition for modification of the order dated 28.03.2017 for extending the period to surrender in the court.

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11260 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he could not inform his clients in time and therefore the petitioners could not surrender in court. Considering the facts aforesaid the modification petition is allowed and the period for surrender of the petitioners in pursuance of the order dated 28.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11260 of 2017 is extended for three weeks from today.
