2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw the application on behalf of petitioner no. 1 namely, Jawahar Paswan @ Jawahar Lal Paswan to surrender and pray for regular bail.

3. Accordingly, the application on behalf of petitioner no. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn and now this application is restricted to petitioner nos. 2 and 3 only.

4. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 706 of 2023

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73046 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 instituted under Sections 120(B)/201, 304B, 363, 365 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

5. The petitioner no. 2 is the sister-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is the brother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner nos. 2 and 3.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner nos. 2 and 3, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi/concerned Court in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 706 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
