Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68215 of 2021(2) dt.02-06-2022 2/3 with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case No. 150 of 2021, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 447, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. The specific allegation is against co-accused Shah Jafir, Shah Afroj (petitioner no. 1) and Shah Sheob. He has submitted further that the specific allegation of assault on the head of the informant's son by farsa is on co-accused Md. Shoeb and inflicting iron rod blows is on co-accused Sahrioj and Shahnawaz. He has further submitted that both the parties belongs to the same family and there is case and counter case. Petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Birpur (Supaul), in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case No. 150 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
