The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and she disclosed that on the request of the petitioner, she went along with him to the house of his cousin. The victim further stated that the petitioner did not commit any illegal act with her. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
