JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 364, 120B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and two others are said to have taken away the informant's son on the pretext to provide him job in Arab country but the informant's son did not return to his home till today. In course of investigation, informant and his two family members supported the aforesaid allegation.

No doubt, the victim is said to be traceless as yet, but the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33967 of 2016 (3) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S.
