Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section47/56 of the Excise Act. Four litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 26-06-2016. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Masrakh P.S.
