Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 16.03.2014 while the informant and his all family members were in his house, the petitioner came to his house to take musical instrument to which the father of the informant refused upon which this petitioner assaulted him with fists. It is further alleged that other accused persons namely Popal Rai and Santosh Rai also abused and assaulted with lathi.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2014 and charge sheet in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29460 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 case has been submitted. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing injury by firearms at the leg of the victim. On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri D.K. Mishra, J.M. Ist Class, Patna City in Fatuha P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014. (Sudhir Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
