The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.238 of 2021 registered under Section 30 (a) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He also submits that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from Satmurat Khochi Badhar, which is an open place.
