According to prosecution case itself, no contraband item has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and it is stated that one mobile and one diary were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. So far as seized motorcycle is concerned, petitioner happens to be owner of the said motorcycle. Para-3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any antecedent in respect of cases of N.D.P.S. Act. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
