JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Bihar Public Works Contract Disputes Arbitral Tribunal, Patna to agitate his grievances regarding cancellation of the agreement and confiscation of the security deposit.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the aforesaid tribunal and in case an appropriate reference is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the learned tribunal would adjudicate the agreement of the petitioner on merits.
