Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that the name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Naresh Sahni who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 25-06-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18985 of 2014.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
