JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner took four installments of Rs.40000/- as LIC premium amount but gave receipt only with regard to two installments.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to the payment of money to the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.32136 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 457 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
