This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bhore P.S. Case N0. 102 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 323,325,420,406,467,468,471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons is that they induced the informant to pay a total sum of Rs. 1,25,000/- for getting Visa issued in favour of the informant's son and arranging tickets for his job in Saudi Arabia.

I have perused the complaint petition, which is the basis for registration of the First Information Report. There is specific allegation in the First Information Report against coaccused Lalbabu Bhagat in whose account the complainant is

said to have deposited the said amount. There is nothing specific against these petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that main allegation is against co-accused Lalbabu Bhagat and so far as these petitioners are concerned, they have been implicated to put undue pressure on them, they being full brothers of the main accused Lalbabu Bhagat.

I find substance in the submissions so advanced on behalf of the petitioners. This application is allowed. Let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XII, Gopalganj, in Bhore P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
