The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is stated that statement of the wife of the informant has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has alleged that in fact her husband was ill-treating her, therefore, she had gone to Chandauli at her own will and nobody had induced or allured her for leaving the house.
