The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him nor any person sustained any injury in the alleged crime. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned; it appears that present case as well as Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 were registered against the petitioner on the same day for the similar occurrence and except the aforesaid case; there is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29406 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 no any other criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Accordingly, it is ordered that let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Dutt, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Siwan subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
