The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of sexual exploitation on the pretext of marriage. Parties have compromised the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5937 of 2017 (4) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran/Successor Court in connection with Majhaulia Police Station Case No.183 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that if the factum of compromise is correct, the Court below shall accept the bail-bonds of the petitioner.
