ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-10-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-Bank states that the direction may be given to the Senior Manager, Bank of Baroda (Respondent No. 3) to dispose off the representations/application dated 20.09.2022 and 03.07.2023 (Annexure 3 series) and 18.08.2023 (Annexure 4) made by the petitioner.

Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Senior Manager, Bank of Baroda (Respondent No. 3) to dispose off the representations/application made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight
