The present writ petition has been preferred: for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs or order/orders in the nature of certiorari for quashing/setting aside of the order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Arbitration Case No.01/2018 by the Court of learned Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra by which the application submitted by the petitioners U/S 3(G)(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 for determining proper compensation amount regarding the acquired lands of the petitioners having award No. 111 & 113, has been rejected and further in nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the Respondents to determine proper compensation amount of award No.111 & 113 issued/passed by the Respondent No.8 regarding the acquired lands of the petitioners according to the provision of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 to the petitioners and further for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13908 of 2025(2) dt.02-09-2025 3/3 petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Competent Court under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. It is expected that the concerned Court shall be passing the order within the time frame as already recorded in the said Act.
