====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 412 of 2019, G.R. No. 5396 of 2019, for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is only out of a petty squabble relating to playing of music at Sai Baba Temple that some altercation took place. It is further submitted that no specific role has been attached to the present petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60980 of 2019(3) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 and they have falsely been implicated in the instant case. The petitioners have a clean antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have a clean antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 412 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
