The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Azam Nagar (Salmari) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-B)a, 26/27/35 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. Nothing was recovered from his possession. There is nothing against him except confessional statement of co-accused Lalchand Singh from whose possession a country-made pistol was recovered. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let him, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court
