JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 384, 386 and 387/34 of the IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that while the informant was getting some construction work done, accused Bhagwan Thakur, petitioners and four unknown persons armed with weapons came and demanded Rs. five lacs as ransom. He gave Rs. 10,000/- and rest was not paid. The accused stopped the construction work and gave threatening to face consequences. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27337 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case for the reason that there is already land dispute between the parties. In respect of the same, probate case and title suit are also pending between the parties.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
