2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners is that they assaulted informant and others by means of rod and sword. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61850 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 opposes the bail application.

5. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagon P. S. Case No. 230 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
