Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah Town P.S. case no. 675 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27A and 29 of the N.D.P.S Act. In the written report, it is alleged that police got information that in the house of this petitioner some persons have come with Charas and smack and the petitioner is engaged in selling of these contraband substances through his wife Babita Devi due to which the young people of the town has become habitual and the police constituted a raiding team and raided the house of the petitioner and petitioner managed to run away and charas was recovered from the possession of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3044 of 2018(4) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 wife of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
