The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392, 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation one Dharmendra Yadav and Manoj Yadav were apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioner. From the possession of petitioner Rs. 15,300/- is said to have been recovered. The petitioner is not put in T. I. parade nor the money was identified by the informant. The informant has not given any identification marks on the looted money. The petitioner is in jail since 20.04.2015 but he has not been put in T. I. parade. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
