Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that due to circumstances beyond his control, he could not remove the defect within the prescribed time and submitted that now he has already remove the defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter and prayed that the Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16232 of 2017, be restored. In view of the fact stated in the restoration application and also in view of the submission, this application is allowed, let Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16232 of 2017, be restored to its original file.
