JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.A. Case No. 557/2014 for the offences instituted under Section 498(A) of the I.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The accusation is of demand of dowry by the accused persons.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant but the same is not acceptable to her. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit amount of Rs. 2,000/- per month in the court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27900 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 which shall be released in favour of the complainant. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit amount of Rs. 2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant and on doing so, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with C.A. Case No. 557 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Purnea, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
