Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the call details of the petitioner were taken out and on that basis, he was arrested and confessed his guilt. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.12.2015 and investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. It appears that except the aforesaid call details as well as confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.
