2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 1339.2 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the pick-up van of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered from the pick-up van of which this
