The advertisement, on the basis of which the selection for the said post is to be made, has not been brought on record. There is no clue on the basis of which the petitioner his making his claim. The writ application lacks materials on record to establish any case in favour of the relief, which the petitioner is seeking. In such circumstance, the relief cannot be granted.
