Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajiv Nagar P.S. case no. 251 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner has enticed the wife of the informant on the pretext of providing employment to her. It is further alleged that petitioner come to the informant's house for teaching his children. It is further alleged that petitioner directly came from Delhi to the rented house at Anishabad where wife and sister-in-law of the informant were residing and he got information on 3.9. 17 and then he informed the father of the petitioner at his

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wife of the informant has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that she was never enticed by this petitioner on the pretext of providing employment. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within eight weeks from today in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. case no. 251 of 2017, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge -III-cum ACJM Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
