Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 363, 364 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. From the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by the Court below by order, dated 04.09.2015, passed in A.B.P. No. 1420 of 2015 and the petitioner did not surrender in terms of the aforesaid order and, thereafter, he moved for modification of the order, which was rejected by order, dated 07.04.2017. Therefore, this Court does not find this anticipatory bail petition maintainable since the petitioner has already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18000 of 2018(4) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 granted anticipatory bail by the Court below. The petition is dismissed.
