The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 466, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have brought in existence forged and fabricated sale deed with regard to the land of the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner sold the land which was purchased by his father from the father of the informant. A Title Suit No. 23 of 2014 is also pending.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27782 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 3 of 2015.
