2. Earlier vide order dated 20.05.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional bail till disposal of the case and the concerned authorities were directed to ensure the compliance of order dated 20.05.2022 by filing a detailed action report.

3. Office has reported that in compliance of order of this Court, no report has been filed as yet.

4. From perusal of record, it would evident that much opportunity has already been given to the concerned authorities to comply the earlier order of this Court but up

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68568 of 2021(10) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 till now, order of this Court has not been complied with.

5. Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, no purpose would be served to keep this matter pending for a long period.

6. Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.05.2022 in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 is here by confirmed on the same terms and conditions as fixed by the learned trial court.
