JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 registered for offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is an admitted fact that the father of the petitioner has died. It is also an admitted fact that the mutation in the name of a dead person (father of the petitioner) has been done. There is allegation that the petitioner was instrumental in getting mutation order in favour of his dead father.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56362 of 2022(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 circumstances, I do not think it to be a fit case for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.
