JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Akilpur (Shahpur) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per Fardbeyan there is specific allegation against the petitioner of causing firearm injury in the chest of the brother of the informant.

The post mortem report is available in paragraph-183 of the case diary wherein the doctor has found firearm injury in the chest of the deceased.

Keeping in view the specific allegation against the petitioner of causing firearm injury in the chest of the brother of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16098 of 2017 (3) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 the informant on account of which he died, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
