2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 has antecedent of two cases and petitioner no.2 is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman. It is next submitted that Shobha Devi along with Munna Sahi, Indal Sahni and Arjun Sahni had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No.61372 of 2025 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 03.09.2025. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted the informant by farsa causing injury on

No.61308 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 head but then during the course of investigation, it transpired that emergency ticket of the informant was found forged which casts an aspersion on the allegation as alleged in the FIR. It is also submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioner.

4. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the order dated 03.09.2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.61372 of 2025, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Thakraha P.S. Case No.30 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
