The petitioner seeks bail in Kudra P.S. Case No. 145/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim, but the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went along with Guddu Ram and solemnized marriage with him. The victim disclosed her age 15 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Kudra P.S.
