Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 386, 120(B), 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Co-accused Sanjay Yadav allegedly fired at the informant as a result whereof he died during course of treatment. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. However, his name surfaced during investigation of the case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Pramod Yadav. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
