The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one pistol and one cartridge are recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11-02-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One pistol and one cartridge are alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Case No. 65 of 2019.
