Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 27 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 504, 379, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68651 of 2021(3) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. The police after investigation submitted final form in the case, however, learned Magistrate differing with the same took cognizance of the offence. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Court, POCSO, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Mahila P.S.
