2. This writ petition has been filed for grant compassionate appointment on any post to the petitioner as his mother namely Asha Devi died in harness on 01.01.2022 working as Peon (Adeshpal).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after sudden death of mother of the petitioner, he submitted his application for compassionate appointment along with other required document which was forwarded by the Headmaster of the concerned school vide letter no. 34 dated 17.06.2022 to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13125 of 2024(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 District Education Officer, Siwan. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in this regard the petitioner has filed a representation before the District Education Officer, Siwan but uptill now no order has been passed on the said representation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. Respondent nos. 4 and 5 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
