In the order dated 18.2.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4436 of 2013, this Court had directed the Administrator to give an hearing and pass a reasoned order.
A counter affidavit has been filed by the Bihar State Road Corporation annexing an order passed by the Administrator from where it appears that the petitioner has been paid salary for the period from January, 1994 to September, 1994 on different dates which the petitioner disputes and there is no dispute from the side of the petitioner that after audit, he has been paid Rs. 22,612/- through cheque by way of C.P.F.
Patna High Court MJC No.2820 of 2016 dt.28-03-2018 2/2 If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he may take legal course as is available in law.
