JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. There is specific allegation against co-accused Situ Yadav that he fired on the cousin (Bhatija) of the informant, but he saved himself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and there is no specific allegation against him.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.56547 of 2022(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
