The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant and his cleaner were accosted with money and mobiles. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of coaccused and petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt before the police but nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 22.04.2014 but he has not been put in T. I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28007 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Khijar Sarai P.S. Case No. 190/13.
