The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 03 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that he along with other co-accused came on a motorcycle but no specific allegation has been attributed against him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioner and order-giver has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 16814 of 2017, vide order dated 18.4.2017. Heard learned APP also.

No.36504 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of four weeks before the court below and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 03 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and he will co-operate in the investigation and will appear before the investigating officer as and when required, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
