The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against Opp.Parties on an allegation of wilful disobedience to an order dated 24.11.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.No.20020 of 2011. Patna High Court MJC No.3921 of 2012 (8) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 reasoned order.

In this case, a show cause has been filed on behalf of the Registrar of the University and along with show cause, a reasoned order has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the show cause. Learned counsel for the University submits that even grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and a reasoned order has been passed.

Keeping in view the fact that in compliance with the order of the writ court, grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and a reasoned order has already been passed, there is no need to further proceed with the matter. The petition stands disposed of.
