The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Banka P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After making diverse submissions, the counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the case enabling the petitioner to move the learned court below for grant of regular bail. The application is permitted to be withdrawn, if any application for bail is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merit unprejudiced by the present order.
